    The set-up costs are low. All we ask is that you lock away your personal items while guests are staying and provide a minimum of six weeks of Summer, Spring or Autumn NSW School holiday availability on seven night minimum bookings.

    We have a neat and simple process for setting up your property for holiday stays and promoting it on all the major booking channels including AirBnb, Stayz etc plus our direct website.

    We operate on a revenue share model so you only pay us when you make money.

    You will enjoy your very own Owner’s app from which you can access reservation information, income projections and block out your property for the times you are living there.
