Pilot Hill was born from a deep love of this coastline—and an equally strong frustration with how property is too often handled. We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.

We specialise in lifestyle-led property sales, long-term leasing and boutique holiday home management—delivered with the same hands-on care and outcome-driven focus our sister brand Oceanstays is known for.     Owner and Licensee in Charge

    Kristy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and experienced property investor. Kristy has managed a number of successful service companies across the globe and has lead marketing teams in organisations such as General Electric and RBS. She is highly driven, hard working and passionate about property and customer service.

    Kristy has managed her own properties including Burleigh Yamba for many years and identified the opportunity to follow her passion by filling an obvious gap in the market for a proactive, hands-on, relationship focussed property agency.

  • Chantal

    Real Estate Advisor

    Chantal Horne is a Clarence Valley Local and a licensed real estate agent who has been involved in real estate for over 15 years.

    Having worked in real estate across Tamworth, Sydney and now Yamba, prior to returning to the valley five years ago, Chantal has covered many facets of property including Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Development.

    Chantal is passionate about assisting Pilot Hill Property clients with their unique properties and showing visitors the best of Yamba and the Clarence Valley with great quality product & service.

    Operations Manager

    Tess has years of experience in opertions. She helps us keep on top of the various moving elements involved with managing our beautiful properties and makes sure we don’t miss a beat. Tess also helps out when we’re super busy and need more Hosties on the ground in our properties.

    Marketing Lead

    Belinda brings a wealth of successful marketing experience to our team. She has global experience working with some of the world’s most recognised brands and ran her own successful business closer to home.

    Dani is a trained Marine Biologist. She brings the smarts and a whole lot of common sense to our dynamic team. She has an eye for style and detail!

    Mel leads our passionate team of exceptional Coldstream House cleaners from who go above and beyond for each and every stay.

    Accounts Manager

    Kaylene is a licensed Property Manager and experienced Business Manager who keeps our accounts in check.

    Deb is an experienced Motel Manager. She has a wealth of Operations and Hospitality experience and has mad maintenance skills.

    Issie started out cleaning with our sister company Coldstream House. Her eye for detail, style and her passion for beautiful spaces caught our attention and she’s now a valuable member of our Hostie crew.
